Adam Miller is a Research Analyst at ACLED. He holds a BA in Political Science from Allegheny College and an MA in International Relations from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. Adam's research focuses on the effectiveness of peacekeeping operations in civil wars, cooperative security organizations, and US foreign policy.
Ameneh Mehvar is the Middle East Research Manager at ACLED, and an ESRC postdoctoral fellow at the University of Birmingham. She holds a PhD in International Relations and a master’s degree in Middle East and Central Asian Security from the University of St Andrews. Her research interests include political psychology, security studies, and the international politics of the Middle East. Ameneh is fluent in Persian, English and German, and has a working knowledge in Arabic.
Matti Suomenaro is a Syria and Iraq conflict researcher from Finland. His research interests are violent non-state actors and third-party interventions in civil wars.
