The New Normal: Continuity and Boko Haram’s Violence in North East Nigeria

Boko Haram’s attack on Rann, a town in North East Nigeria on January 28th resulted in 60 reported fatalities and more than 30,000 people fleeing (Al Jazeera, 29 January 2019).
