About Ciro Murillo
In this capacity, he is responsible for providing support, expertise or training to ACLED staff, partners, donors, and users regarding data visualization and analysis, assisting in special analysis projects or publications, and coordinating the data literacy program of the Analysis department.
He has over four years of experience in conflict research and humanitarian information management. Ciro holds a BA in Political Science and Government from Universidad del Norte (Colombia), is fluent in English, and Spanish is his native language.
His areas of expertise include political violence in Colombia, conflict analysis for humanitarian programming, and data visualization.
