"There has been a clear increase in anti-immigration demonstrations in the UK since Labour came into power, driven by tensions around asylum accommodation, migration policy, and online mobilisation following the 2024 Southport unrest. 

This rise in anti-immigration sentiment has also seen massive gains for Reform in local elections in recent years."
