Miriam is an assistant manager at the Africa desk, specifically the Southern and East Africa desk, and has been with the organization since July 2021. Starting as a Nigeria Researcher, and then a Senior Research Assistant, she currently assists in all duties and responsibilities related to running the desk.
Miriam holds an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies and a BA in Philosophy. She has over five years of experience working in different organizations and conducting research related to political violence.
