Yohaire Zumbado-Madrigal is a Associate Partnership Coordinator at ACLED. She has been with the organization since June 2021, previously working as a Caribbean Researcher and Assistant Research Manager at the Central America desk. Yohaire holds a MA in Social Sciences Applied to the Environment from Pablo de Olavide University and a B.A. in International Relations, with a Specialization in Diplomacy, and Foreign Policy, from the National University of Costa Rica. Yohaire has extensive experience in research, M&E, diplomacy, and electoral observation. She is fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
