The first file contains all political violence events, demonstration events, and strategic developments recorded in the United States from the beginning of ACLED coverage in 2020 to the present. The second file contains all demonstration events involving armed groups or individuals recorded in the United States from the beginning of ACLED coverage in 2020 to the present. Both files are updated weekly.
