Data update: Integration of data from Naher Media in ACLED's Syria dataset
Enhanced coverage in Northeast Syria
On 4 May 2026, ACLED published data for Northeast Syria by incorporating information from Naher Media, to fill a gap in coverage following the discontinuation of reporting by Rask Network. The data cover the period of 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
