Katerina Rosolovskaya was a Russia and Belarus Researcher at ACLED. She has over five years of experience working in research and the human rights field, both in civil society organisations and the UN Human Rights Office. Katerina holds an MA in Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from the Paris Institute of Political Studies. She is currently based in The Hague.
