Stella Tangiyan is a Senior Research Associate at ACLED focusing on Armenia, Azerbaijan, Baltic States and Ukraine. She joined ACLED in November 2020. Stella holds an MA in International Relations from Central European University (CEU) in Vienna, Austria and a BA in Political Science and Human Rights Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, USA. Stella also works in the field of policy consulting focusing on education and labour policy in the EU.
