About Olivia Russell

Olivia Russell is the Executive Director at ACLED. In this role, she oversees the administration and management of ACLED’s programming, including communications and publications, human resources, and finance, as well as providing support to business and partnership development.

Ms. Russell holds an MA in International Conflict and Security and has worked in program management, research, and communications in peacebuilding.
