Amanda is overseeing financial operations at ACLED. She holds a BA in Business Administration with a Masters in Finance, Audit and Accounting. Amanda has experience in external audits both in Spain and Singapore and was previously a finance advisor focused on West Africa for a sexual reproductive health charity in London, United Kingdom. She is fluent in English and Catalan, Spanish and French are her native languages. She is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Amanda’s areas of expertise include External Financial Audits, Accounting, Internal Policies and Procedures and Grants Management and compliance with donor requirements, especially having worked with FCDO, Gates, KfW, NORAD, USAID and UNFPA. Amanda leads the monthly forecast process that ensures ACLED’s cash management, grants allocation and grants reporting, balance sheet forecast as well as leading the month end close process. Amanda supports mostly Operations, HR, Programs & Development and Sales departments.
