June Jimenez is a first-generation Filipina-American, native New Yorker who is now based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Raised in New York City by her mother, June was deeply influenced by the values of community, empowerment, and social equity. These principles have guided June’s nearly 20-year career spanning the non-profit, private and government sectors. As President and CEO of Tama Solutions, an organizational development consulting firm for mission-focused organizations, June uses her passion for listening, understanding and mobilizing people to create increased mission impact, investment and efficiency. When June is not thinking about how to leave the world a little better than she inherited it, she spends her time with her 11 year-old rabble rouser daughter and finding good eats in every city. June earned her Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and earned her Executive MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
