
Keith E. Noble, Ph.D.
Dr. Noble serves as the Chief Data Officer and Director, Office of Advanced Analytics in the Department of State’s Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations (CSO). Dr. Noble leads the Bureau’s efforts to harness data analytics to enhance agile foreign policy decision making on issues related to conflict prevention and stabilization.
Previously, Dr. Noble spent nearly a decade with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) where he held multiple senior leadership positions. Dr. Noble is the recipient of six CIA Exceptional Performance Awards and two Meritorious Unit Citations; and is a former political and national security contributor for CNN, CBS and DW-TV.
Dr. Noble holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in International Relations & Comparative Politics from Miami University, and a B.A. in Political Science from Capital University.
