Rachel Wilson is a Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (DMEL) Officer with ACLED since June 2024. Prior to ACLED, Rachel gained significant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of humanitarian programing in conflict zones in North and East African regions. She holds an MSc in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies from the London School of Economics (LSE), and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the College of Wooster.
