Leonardo San Laureano Quiñones is a South America Researcher at ACLED and has been with the organization since July 2022. In his role, he codes real-time data for Venezuela, flagging political and gang violence events in the country, and assists in other projects and tasks. He studied International Politics at postgraduate level and holds a double degree in Law and Political Science. Leonardo has over three years of experience in geopolitical analysis and security operations with a focus on South America and the MENA region.
