Saw Mar Gay Htoo is a Myanmar Researcher at ACLED and has been with the organization since April 2022. Mar Gay holds a Master in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy of the National University of Singapore, and a BA in Social Studies from Myanmar Institute of Theology.
