Paula Ángel Valdés is the Central America Assistant Research Manager at ACLED. She holds a Master’s degree in International Development Studies from Utrecht University and a B.A. in International Relations. Her research interests include public innovation, data-driven policymaking, insurgency and politically driven conflict in LATAM.
