Elham Kazemi is an Analysis Coordinator at ACLED and has been with the organization since November 2018, originally hired as a North Africa Researcher. She currently supervises the Africa conflict observatories. Elham holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, and an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Notre Dame.
